Fitness has been a part of my life from a young age, but in my thirties, I experienced challenges like slowing metabolism and body changes and I wasn’t happy with how my body was looking. That was when I realized my approach on exercise and diet needed to change. My goal was to build muscle and burn fat without needing to exercise 7 days a week. I wanted it to be part of a healthy balanced lifestyle and to have long lasting results without overtraining or restrictive diets.
Now here I am, 5 years later feeling happy with my transformation and my best self ever. Not only did my physique change, but my relationship with food also changed. I now aim to support others on their fitness journey, helping them achieve long-lasting results, feeling and looking their best version of themselves.
